Lexicon provides consultancy, research and training services to public and private organisations working in the legal system. It undertakes projects in civil, criminal and family jurisdictions and its clients include government departments, professional bodies, major charities and leading companies.

Joyce Plotnikoff and Richard Woolfson have worked together on projects for the legal system since 1991. In 2003, they formed Lexicon Limited and they continue to manage all projects undertaken by the company.
