Richard

Richard holds a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Oxford. He spent six years as an academic before joining the diamond industry in a research capacity. He then joined the Information Systems industry, first as a consultant and later as Marketing Director of a company providing consultancy services to government and the private sector. In 1991, he formed a Partnership with Joyce Plotnikoff to undertake research and consultancy assignments on behalf of government departments involved in the operation of the legal system. The Partnership later incorporated to become Lexicon Limited. In addition to his work for Lexicon, Richard has sat on the Access to Justice subgroup of the Civil Justice Council and the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex Courts Board. He facilitated the CPS Local Scrutiny Involvement Panel for Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
