   Lexicon young witness study report:

The report of a major study on young witnesses by Lexicon for the Nuffield Foundation and the NSPCC is now available here. The report by Joyce Plotnikoff and Richard Woolfson is entitled Measuring up? Evaluating implementation of Government commitments to young witnesses in criminal proceedings. The researchers interviewed 182 young witnesses called to give evidence in criminal trials in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Their responses reveal a wide gap between policy commitments about the treatment of young witnesses and the actual experiences of those interviewed.
